Our setting uses a key person approach. This means that each member of staff has a group of children for whom they are particularly responsible for. Your child’s key person will be the person who works with you to ensure that the provision and care that we provide is right for your child’s particular needs and interests. When your child first starts at the setting, the key person will help your child to settle, and throughout your child’s time at the setting, they will help your child to benefit from our activities. Your child's key person will change as they grow into the next age group.

"Staff are enthusiastic in their approach. They spend most of their time interacting with children, including during imaginative role-play activities."

"Children listen carefully to staff who ask them carefully phrased questions and introduce new vocabulary. This is particularly effective in helping children to become confident communicators and successfully enhances their speaking skills."
